I have an existing resort reservation, but my resort is not listed to open. Will Disney reach out to me to change resorts?

Welcome Space Ranger to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so excited to hEAR that you already have an existing Disney Resort Hotel Reservation, Rachel. I checked with Star Command and they said you should be receiving an email asking you to confirm your reservation. If you haven’t received an email yet, I recommend calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line. A Cast Member there will be able to help you adjust your resort reservations to an available resort.

I’m so excited for you to return to the Magic of Walt Disney World Resort. The best news is, all Guests are now able to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance! If you’re a foodie like myself, be sure to book those dining reservations as soon as you can. I recommend breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace-Flavors of the Riviera. Not only is the food incredible, but the rooftop view is also breathtaking! You might even see a few Pal’s as your dining!

I hope this helps Rachel, please be sure to visit us again if you have any more questions as you continue to plan.

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
