How do I see my existing park reservations?

    Hi Ryan,

    Welcome to planDisney!

Well, how exciting to be planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! To see your existing Disney Park Pass system reservations, log into your My Disney Experience account and then click on My Plans. Once you are in My Plans, scroll down and you should see your park pass reservations. If you made advanced dining reservations, you should also see those in My Plans.

If dining reservations are missing in your plans, look for the email confirmation number and then use that number to link the reservation in My Plans. If you do not see park pass reservations, you may have to make them again. Before doing so, contact a Cast Member in Website support to see if they can see them in your account.

If you decide to change park pass reservations, check the theme park reservation availability calendar first. If there is park pass availability, then you will need to cancel existing park pass reservations and make new ones. Just be very careful and double-check the availability before cancelling any park pass reservations.

Given how quickly your trip is approaching, if you have not made any dining reservations, I would highly suggest that you do so. On our most recent trip, our dining reservations were a life saver. We were so happy to take a break and have a guaranteed time to dine. Of course, if you are unable to secure dining reservations, you can use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering during your visit.

Ryan, start packing! On our last visit, my family ordered matching masks from shopDisney - take a look at some online reviews to get a better sense of the sizing. We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!

    Magic and memories,
