Ahoy, Gary!
Welcome aboard, planDisney! I love that you're considering a spontaneous Disney Cruise Line vacation. There's nothing better than a quick countdown to embarkation!
Gary, it sounds like you want to experience all the ship has to offer, as well as fun ashore! With that said,
port adventure availability can only be viewed once you've secured your sailing. If you don't see what you are looking for when you pull up the excursions, I have two recommendations. First, keep checking! Guests have up to three days before the sail date to cancel plans online, so be diligent about monitoring the
Disney Cruise Line website and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, as it could pay off. If the spots are still filled when you board the ship, head to
Guest Services or the
Port Adventure Desk to check for any last-minute openings because plans can change at any time. They may also have suggestions for similar experiences with availability. They are the experts and will guide you in the right direction depending on your crew's interests.
Best of luck getting booked on a magical voyage with your favorite Disney friends, Gary. Fingers crossed, your adventures ashore will be ready and waiting for you to book. And don't forget to secure your next vacation while onboard with a
placeholder booking. It's the best way to save on that next cruise, no matter when you book.
Please keep us in the loop as you think of more questions about your last-minute cruise. We are always here to help a fellow sailor!
Happy planning,
Nancy
