    So excited for "Year of the Ear"! Are there any pictures of the resent "Ears" that have come out this month? I want to purchase new ears for our family, as we will be there in March! Can we purchase online or only in the parks for speci

    Hi Kim! I have just returned from the great Disney parks and have started my collection of a new "Ear" each month for this year. During January they had five new Ears and it was hard to choose just one but I am trying to keep myself in check at least a little bit!

    January had some glitzy ears where they were covered with sequins. One pair was almost all gold, another had a big red bow with some netting, and my favorite was  a simple purple and grey felt decor. I actually bought the felt one for my mom so she could wear it to church one Sunday!

    I chatted with one of the cast members in the Magic Kingdom and she told me that each month they will come out with new ones but they won't know how many until it happens. January had five choices and that might continue or it might only be one choice for the next month.

    I have not seen them for sale on line and in fact had a hard time finding them in all of the parks. Your best bet if you are there yourself is to go to the Hat Shop just off Main Street in the Magic Kingdom near the front square. They had plenty of every kind and will engrave them as well if you choose that option. If you are not able to go yourself then I suggest you call the Disney Mail Order number, 877-560-6477. It is open Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm Eastern time.  They can usually find whatever is available in the parks to have shipped to you directly.
