We are so excited about being at WDW on Dec. 6 for the Grand Opening of the New Fantasyland. What is the time schedule for the Grand Opening? What time should we plan to be at MK for the festivities? What special "happenings" for Dec 6?

    Hi there, Sally!

Like so many of the special events at Walt Disney World, the Grand Reveal of NEw Fantasyland is full of surprises!

Your best bet is to follow the Disney Parks Blog for the latest and breaking news on New Fantasyland. As schedules and information are released, that's your first outlet for information.

According to the Disney Parks calendar, Magic Kingdom is open on December 6, 2012 from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Consider arriving early - in time for the Welcome Show in front of the Park at 9:00 AM.

    Have an enchanted time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
