So excited to be visiting WDW in late July (even with masks on)! We have club-level resort reservations. Will the “club” (aka lounge with concierge service) even be open? How will club-level services, including light snacks and drinks, be offered?

Greetings Michelle! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by with your planning question; I'd be happy to assist you today.

I'm so excited to hear that in just a few short weeks you'll be heading back home to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Finally, they're opening up the gaaaates! Even though the summer weather is Olaf's dream come true, we humans might feel a tad toasty these days sporting our newest facial accessories. My family and I donned our shopDisney cloth face masks on a recent visit to a local theme park, and it was so much fun to be out and about that we didn't even notice.

How fabulous that your return to the magic includes a stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel! During this initial reopening period, club-level service is temporarily unavailable. As food and beverage operations will vary by resort this summer, I recommend checking the Dining: Know Before You Go page for up to date information. Additionally, to inquire about club-level information and available amenities at your specific resort, I suggest using the in-room telephone to speak with the concierge or front desk Cast Member upon check-in. Each Resort Hotel will offer quick-service dining and more during the reopening period, so you're sure to find something to satisfy that rumbly in your tumbly throughout your vacation. If the tropical taste of Dole Whip® is calling your name, Pineapple Lanai is there for you!

I hope you have a fantastic visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this month, Michelle. Be sure to check the Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page as you prepare to journey into this whole new world. If there is anything else we can do to help make this stay or a future one more magical, please come by and see us again.

    See ya real soon!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
