Hi there! So excited to be visiting from the UK for the first time as a “grown up” in September 2020! We were just wondering if Guest relations in the parks are open during Extra Magic Hours? My mum is disabled so will be needing a DAS pass.

    Hi April!

I'm so happy to hear that you are getting ready to enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World Resort as a grown-up (after all, grown-ups are really just big kids at heart) and your vacation will be even more magical since you will be enjoying it with your mom! Be sure to add Memory Maker to your trip so you can capture and save all of the magical moments you have together during your holiday.

Extra Magic Hours are a great way to make the most of your time in the theme parks because you can get a head start on your magical day. You are correct that you will need to visit Guest Relations inside the main theme park entrance to discuss your mom's needs and to determine if the Disability Access Service or other accommodations are required to help her have a fantastic trip. Guest Relations is open during each theme park's operating hours, which includes Extra Magic Hours, so you will be able to visit during your early morning.

You can always verify theme park operating hours and Guest Relations hours by visiting your Disney Resort hotel lobby concierge desk the night before your early morning. Also, be sure to take advantage of the My Disney Experience mobile app during your trip because it's a great way to view the latest park hours and entertainment times and to manage all of your dining reservations and FastPass+ reservations during your vacation!

Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning for the latest news and announcements about the magic you will be able to enjoy. Also, let us know if we can help you again as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
