Hi Rocio! It's so nice to see you back here at planDisney.
Typically, your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel will hold items that have been shipped to your hotel for up to a week before your arrival. Just note that there is a handling fee that will be charged to your account per package received. Please check the
Mail Services page for the most up-to-date pricing, which is subject to change. When shipping items, you'll also want to ensure you have your name, you've clearly noted that you're a Guest and your arrival date, and you've used the correct mailing address, which is on each resort's page of the website. Please note that packages are usually held at
Bell Services, unless you are staying at
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and have used online check-in. In that case, there's a chance it will be in a locker outside of Melody Hall next to luggage services.
It's a smart idea to send items ahead of your trip as this will often save on airline fees and the hassle of shopping once you get to the
Walt Disney World Resort. And just know that many of the resort hotels have the bare necessities for sale in their souvenir shops, especially when you are staying in a resort that has a Disney Vacation Club component. For some reason, I forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste on two of the trips I took in the last year and it was pretty convenient to just grab some at the shop inside my hotel! Don't worry, I remembered the floss!
Rocio, since it looks like you're going in September, be sure to check out the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which begins on August 29, 2024. This has always been my favorite festival because I'm a sucker for the originals! It just never disappoints. Since
CommuniCore Hall will be complete by the start of this festival, it'll be interesting to see what kind of festival offerings will be in this new space. I'm so excited!
If you have any other questions, please know
I'm here for you!
If you do your best each and every day, good things are sure to come your way,
Matt
