I had this same problem when the
My Disney Experience Mobile App update happened! I hope my experience can help you out a little bit!
I would advise you to log out of your My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on the lower righthand icon, scrolling to the bottom of that page, and selecting the red “Sign Out” option. After you sign in again, select the lower righthand icon again and select the “Future Plans” option. After it loads, you should be able to see all of your upcoming vacation plans!
You should be able to view these plans on the
Walt Disney World Resort website by hovering over the “My Disney Experience” tab, and selecting the “My Plans” banner.
If you cannot see any of your reservations still, I would highly recommend calling Disney Website Support at (407) 939-4357.
