Very excited for our upcoming November visit to WDW! My two boys, 4 and 5, are huge Lion Guard fans. Are there any characters or activities related to this show in the parks yet?

Hello Kirsty and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a fun question.
I can just imagine how much your very own little adventures enjoy watching their favourite TV show Disney Junior's The Lion Guard as it's filled with plenty of wild fun and hakuna matata!
You may wish to consider purchasing Memory Maker to help make your November trip even more magical as you won't want to miss having a Lion Guard Magic Shot with Disney's PhotoPass Service; Guests can request Lion Guard Magic Shots from any Disney PhotoPass Photographer located in Africa.  Check out this great Disney Parks Blog article to learn more - The Disney Parks Blog - Exotic Magic Shots
Although at present there isn't a specific Lion Guard activity as such I would definitely say that your darling boys would absolutely enjoy visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park during your Disney trip as they'll love all the various Attractions including the hands-on style educational Rafiki's Planet Watch at Habitat Habit and of course a live musical performance of The Festival of the Lion King.
