    I am very excited to try the new Genie+ service. I have tickets that I have already linked to my MDE account, and I can't seem to add the Genie+ service to those tickets online. Is there a way I can do that online, or will I need to call someone?

    Your vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth is tomorrow! You must be thrilled! Now is the perfect time to visit. Not only will you be able to enjoy all that the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration has to offer, but you will be among some of the first Guests to experience the new Disney Genie+ Service. I can't wait to see everything that Disney Genie Service has to offer!

    To add Disney Genie+, you will need to log in on the My Disney Experience mobile app, then touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. On the next page, you should see a spot that says, "My Day." Select that to see Disney Genie Service. A little bit down the screen is a link to "Get Disney Genie+ Service," but before touching that link, change the day at the top of the page to the first day of your visit to the theme parks. After the date is changed, click the link to get Disney Genie+, then follow the prompts to make your purchase.

    Be sure that your My Disney Experience mobile app is up-to-date with the most recent version. I had to update my app this morning before Disney Genie Service showed up. If you are still having issues, you will need to call Disney at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
