Hello! So excited to be staying at BW this September! With 4 little ones, ranging 9-2yrs. old, was wondering if I should request a certain area of rooms to be closer to the pool/buses, etc. Any suggestions?

    Hi there Jennifer.

I just had the opportunity of staying at Disney's Boardwalk Inn last December and had a wonderful time exploring all of the many onsite amenities. Your children will absolutely love the 200-foot-long Keister Coaster water slide at Luna Park Pool and you're certain to enjoy being within walking distance of some of the best dining establishments in all of Walt Disney World Resort!

I would recommend that you complete online check-in up to 10 days prior to your arrival date at the Boardwalk Inn, noting that you would be interested in a guest room nearer to motor-coach transportation, if you'll be using the buses to navigate to the theme parks. If you plan to walk or take the Friendship boat launch to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, then a location nearer to the marina would make the most sense. Planning for lots of swim time, then ask to be close to one of the onsite pools. With young children in tow, it's a good idea to peruse your itinerary plans and base your room location around that.

A great unofficial website with a link to the Boardwalk Inn Resort Map can be found at: www.wdwinfo.com. Simply choose your option from the Resort Maps section. Hopefully, this information will help with your final decision however, please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed unless for medical purposes.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation this September!
