    We're excited to be staying at AKL - Kidani Village in March! We have a breakfast reservation at 'Ohana at 7:30am, and are considering using the Minnie Van service. How much time should we budget to get from AKL to the Polynesian?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am also excited to know that you will be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge  - this is such a beautifully themed hotel, with a stunning lobby and the excitement of seeing some African wildlife - can you imagine seeing a giraffe go wandering by?    As your breakfast reservation is early, it would be an excellent choice to use the Minnie Van Service.  The Minnie Vans are driven by Cast Members and can accommodate up to 6 Guests.   With their cute Minnie Mouse theming, with the distinctive dots design, you cannot miss them, and will have such fun starting your day by taking one to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  The actual driving time is approximately 20 minutes, but I would allow at least 40 minutes to give you enough time to find the restaurant and check-in with the host at 'Ohana.    You can make your booking on the Lyft app, where you will also see the cost of using this service.
