    I am excited to be running my first half marathon in WDW! I have purchased the Race Retreat for the Princess Half and my husband is on the "chEAR Squad." He upgraded to the Platnuim package.. Is the Race Retreat just post-Race?

    Hi Stacey!  You will be very pleased with your Race Retreat and ChEAR squad packages!  You will be able to use the Race Retreat (and stay nice and warm!) before the race.  Usually it will open around 3 am on the morning of the race.  Then once the race begins, your husband will be able to use the same Race Retreat tent until he wants to use the transportation to different viewing areas.  Or he can choose to stay in the retreat until you return to the finish line.  The Race Retreat will then be open to runners for a few more hours for post-race massages, food, drinks, etc.  You will not be sorry!  Good luck at the Princess!  Maybe I will see you at the Starting line (or even the Race Retreat tent!!).
