I am excited about the new Spectaculab! Is it going to be a sit down auditorium show or will the audience have to stand throughout the show? Also, any info about how long the show will last. I want to put it into my touring plans. Thank you in advance.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tami! I can tell you are excited about your upcoming trip, and I don’t blame you one bit! Walt Disney World Resort has so many new things going on from Pandora: World of Avatar, to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, to Epcot's new Spectaculab. You’ll be having fun all trip long.

The new Spectaculab opened this week to delight science-minded audiences at Epcot. The show is a sit down auditorium type show, with a spacious floor area up front for our youngest scientists. If you’ve attended Turtle Talk with Crush in The Seas pavilion, you’ll know just what I’m talking about. The Spectaculab can seat about 100 guests at a time and performs around five shows a day with real scientists! You’ll be entertained by STEAM project presentations for about 25 minutes, and some guests may be asked to assist with experiments! I hope you’re a lucky scientist that day and are inspired to assist on stage and take this inspirations home with you. After all, Epcot was originally meant to “take its cue from the new ideas and new
technologies that emerge from the creative centers of American industry” as Walt Disney envisioned. These STEAM projects and science lab are a great way to bring this to life!
