Excited about the new Rodeo Roundup BBQ in Hollywood Studios! I don’t know if I’m missing something when I’m reading the descriptions, but is this restaurant considered an All-You-Care-To-Enjoy or a la carte? And will it be reservation only? Thanks!

Howdy, Lindsay!

I am SOOOOO excited for Rodeo Roundup BBQ in Disney's Hollywood Studios to open! It will be fantastic to have another Table-Service dining option at the park and BBQ is right up my alley.

Just yesterday, the menu was revealed on the Disney Parks Blog and Hey, Howdy, Hey it looks delicious! There's cheddar biscuits, brisket, ribs, chicken, mac & cheese, baked beans, potato barrels and so much more! And just take a look at the Cupcake a la Forky! I seriously cannot wait to get a taste of everything on this menu.

Rodeo Roundup BBQ will be family-style and all-you-care-to-enjoy. I'm going to have to wear my stretchy pants for this one!

Advance reservations will be required and can be made up to 60 days in advance. I like to use the My Disney Experience Mobile app to make all of my dining reservations, but they can also be made on the Walt Disney World website.
