    I am so excited about the new Disney Genie and Genie + app. Will it be up and running when we are there in November?

    Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for sending us your great question about Disney Genie service. I am so excited to help you today. Like you, I am looking forward to experiencing Disney Genie service and Disney Genie+ very soon.

    Melissa, at the present time, we do not know exactly when Disney Genie service will launch. We do know it is supposed to launch sometime this fall. I truly hope it will be available this November!

    In the meantime, I encourage you to keep your eyes and EARS peeled on the Disney Parks Blog. They will certainly be the first to announce an official Disney Genie service launch date!

    Additionally, I suggest downloading and keeping your My Disney Experience mobile app up-to-date. Disney Genie service will be a part of the My Disney Experience mobile app, not a separate app.
