Hi Daniel,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
First things first, you should have received confirmation emails when you reserved a
vacation package or resort hotel-only. If you did not link that vacation package or resort hotel, you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account online, click on My Plans, click on Add More Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. To link that reservation, you will need the confirmation number which should have been in the email you received when you booked.
When making
Disney Park Pass system reservations, you should have been logged into your My Disney Experience account. To check your plans using a computer, log into My Disney Experience and click on My Plans, You should be able to scroll through those plans to see all of them, park pass reservations, dining reservations, and your resort reservation. While in My Plans, you should also see a link for Tickets & Memory Maker (on the left-hand side of the screen). If you click that link, you should see your theme park tickets.
If using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into the app, click on the three bars at the bottom right of the screen and then click on Future Plans or Tickets and Passes to see if your plans are correctly linked. If plans are missing, you may need to
contact a Cast Member in Website Support.
Daniel, since you have some time before your trip, if you have not done so already, go ahead and set a calendar reminder to make advanced dining reservations when your
dining reservation booking window opens 60-days prior to your trip. I am up and ready to make dining reservations by 5:45 a.m. on the day our dining reservation window opens. I strongly suggest that you book the most popular dining locations first, like
Space 220 Restaurant.
Keep up the practically perfect planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
