    Hi! I am VERY excited about my light saber res for Savi's but is there a mail center at any resort where I can ship the blade and carry case home so I dont have to take on the plane? If so would I need to bring packing materials or are they available?

    I am so excited to hear that you will have the opportunity to build your own custom lightsaber at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers.  Tomorrow it will be 180 days until my next Walt Disney World Resort vacation with my family, so I am hoping to be able to book reservations to build lightsabers with my young Padawans.

    I have good news for you, Debra.  You should have no problem shipping your lightsaber home once you have completed the experience at Savi's Workshop.  Many retail locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort are able to ship your purchases home for an additional fee.  Since Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has not yet opened to the public, we're not sure if Savi's Workshop will be able to ship lightsabers home for guests.  You should ask a Gatherer (a Cast Member at Savi's Workshop) about this when you arrive.  If the Gatherers are unable to ship your lightsaber home directly from the shop, I would recommend utilizing one of the Walt Disney World Resort's Business Centers.

    Business Centers can be found at several Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.  These resort hotels are listed in the Business Center link I have provided in this answer.  The Business Centers have a complete line of office supplies and products, so you should be able to purchase packing materials there.  However, if you bring packing materials along with you, you can prepare your package and opt to have your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Concierge deliver it to one of the Business Centers for you.
