Hi Tonya,
I'm so excited for you! Love that you are planning ahead and the more you do ahead of time the more relaxing your travels and vacation will be once you've arrived.
Your resort will not charge you a fee for accepting and holding your packages for your arrival. There have been a couple of times when my packages had not been brought to the front lobby for pickup when I checked in and a Cast Member later delivered them to my room. In those instances, I did make sure to tip the Cast Member.
On the mailing label you should include the following information:
Name of Guest that the Reservation is under
Date of Arrival
Name of Resort
Address of the Resort
To get the correct address to send the package, call the Coronado Springs resort directly 407-939-1000 and tell them you're mailing a package for pickup when you arrive and ask what address should be included on the label.
Be sure you allow enough time for your package to arrive prior to your arrival. If there are some items you'll need immediately upon arrival, take them with you just in case.
I have done this a lot (especially traveling with kids) and have found it to be extremely helpful. I've also saved the boxes and shipped stuff home as well. There are places at most of the resorts to do this - I go ahead and take my printed return labels with me when I go down.
Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
