Hi there Helen, and welcome to planDisney!
What a magical day you're planning with your little princess! I have two Mouseketeers, and when my youngest was an infant, I took my son on a big brother getaway. It was so fantastic to spend that special time together. Thanks to Disney's
Baby Care Centers, I could take the trip while maintaining a pumping schedule, and this made me feel so much more comfortable traveling as a nursing mama.
During the initial reopening phase, the Baby Care Centers are open in both
Disneyland Park (at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., next to
First Aid) and
Disney California Adventure Park (next to
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop). Not only do they offer quiet, air-conditioned spaces for nursing or pumping, but your four-year-old will appreciate the tot-sized toilets. I recommend bringing a coloring book, tablet, or any other activity she enjoys to keep her occupied while you pump. I also brought a small, soft-sided cooler and some ziplock bags, and when we ate a quick-service meal, I requested a cup of ice which I poured into the ziplock bags to keep the milk cool during the day.
I hope you have a magical day with your daughter! Spending one on one time with each of my Mouseketeers is special, and I know you'll enjoy it just as much. I always let my youngsters pick out a small souvenEAR to bring to the sibling at home; it's a fun tradition! Best wishes for a fantastic visit, and we'll see ya real soon!
