So excited to make my first trip to WDW this December. My sister and I are flying into Orlando separately, but want to be on the same Magic Express Bus, is this possible? Additionally, are the luggage tags able to be shipped to different addresses?

Hello Trapper, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent planning question.

Disney’s Magical Express® is my favorite way to travel in style and comfort from the Orlando International Airport to my Disney Resort Hotel. My extended family members travel from different parts of the country and we start our magical vacation the same way you are planning to begin yours. When you are ready to make book your reservations for Disney’s Magical Express, be sure to have your flight information and resort hotel confirmation number handy when you call (407) 939-1936. Currently, the system can only send the luggage tags and travel information to the main person on the resort hotel reservation. But don’t worry, you will receive your luggage tags about 2 to 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival. This will give you plenty of time to mail your sister’s tag to her. If your tags arrive too late to be mailed, or you have more than one piece of checked luggage per person, just give your bag claim numbers to the Cast Member when you check-in at the Welcome Center.

Disney’s Magical Express motorcoaches run 24 hours a day. If you and your sister are arriving close to the same time at Orlando International Airport, you can check-in together to board the motorcoach to your resort hotel. My cousins and I had flights that landed within minutes of each other and we met on the Ground Transportation Area, Side B, Level 1 of the main airport terminal, near the Magical Express Welcome Center. If you are not arriving the same time, you can wait and check-in together.  Remember, to pack your MagicBands in your carry-on luggage because you will need it to unlock the door to your resort hotel room and check-in with Magical Express. Have a magical time.

    See ya real soon,
