So excited to get fastpasses for Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railroad! What is the ride comparable to? A slower ride like Nemo and Small World or does it go fast and have ups and downs? Trying to see if it is a good fit for my 3-year-old. Thanks!

Hi there, Melanie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You must be so excited to visit Walt Disney World soon and be one of the first to experience the newest and most anticipated attraction in the Parks with your 3-year-old!  Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railroad is set to open on March 4, 2020 at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The ride will have no height requirement and is suitable for all ages! It will transport you and your family right into the middle of Mickey and Minnie’s cartoon universe, and will be perfect for Mouseketeers of any age and size. None of us Panelists have been lucky enough to ride it just yet, so I cannot compare it to any existing attraction, but I do know it is unlike any other experience in the Parks and that you can rest assured since there will be nothing scary about it!

It is such an exciting time to visit Walt Disney World, especially Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Make sure you do not miss For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration during your visit! This show is sure to thrill your little one also, as you are encouraged to belt out all those catchy Frozen tunes at the top of your lungs while real stage actors put on an amazing show!

Melanie, please do not hesitate to come back to see us anytime we can help you continue to make Disney magic for the ones you love!

    See ya real soon!
