    Excited to see Disneyland now has magic bands! May I use the magic bands I use in Florida?

    Hello James!

    I am excited because the Disney Parks Blog announced that MagicBand+ debuts at the Disneyland Resort on October 26th, 2022. 

    If you have a MagicBand+ from Walt Disney World, you can use it at the Disneyland Resort. If you desire a MagicBand+ before your Disneyland Resort vacation, you can purchase a MagicBand+ from shopDisney and have it shipped to your house in preparation for your Disneyland Resort vacation! Make sure it is a MagicBand+ because previous generations of MagicBands from Walt Disney World, such as the original MagicBand or MagicBand 2, are incompatible at the Disneyland Resort. The great news is that the MagicBand+ is rechargeable via a USB charging cord (included with the MagicBand+), and the MagicBand+ will work at the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort. I have purchased two MagicBand+ from shopDisney, and I love them. I can't wait to use them at the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort!
