We are excited for our 2nd Disney trip. We didn't make it to H.S. on our last trip & we are looking forward to Star Wars. Other than H&V, can you recommend a good dinner 1TS option for our 4 & 7yo. Are all seats at SciFi in cars?

    Hi Nicole!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am very happy to see that you are looking forward to your second trip to Walt Disney World - if you have any other planning questions please come back and visit us - we are always here to help.  The opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is very exciting, and I cannot wait to visit the planet of Batuu myself!  At Disney's Hollywood Studios there are 3 other restaurants that may be a good option for your family, and they all require one Table-Service credit.  50's Prime Time Cafe (menu) and Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant (menu) are very unique and fun places to eat.  The dining tables in Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater are mostly in cars, but there are some regular tables too - just ask the host when you arrive at the check-in podium if that is where you would prefer to sit.   The third option is Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano (menu) if you all enjoy Italian food.

Dining reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance, online or by using My Disney Experience.  Looking at your arrival date, your reservations will be opening up soon, so please be ready to make your bookings so that you secure all your favourite places.

Have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
