    So excited to be going to Disney for the holidays! Staying at Port Orleans French Quarter and wondering where we can find an activity schedule for New Year’s Eve at the hotel?

    Welcome to planDisney. A visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the holiday season is a truly special time. And staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel means that you will be immersed in the festivities throughout your stay. You will have access to exclusive Guest benefits like extra time in the theme parks and complimentary transportation, and you can also look forward to a variety of themed activities throughout your adventure. 

    When you arrive at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter you will be able to pick up an activities guide from the front desk of your resort. You will also find these guides displayed throughout the hotel. While the details of New Year's Eve celebrations throughout the parks and resort hotels have not been released just yet, traditionally there have been a variety of options including special food and beverage selections, dance parties, and even the occasional character meet and greet. Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as your trip gets closer. This is also a great go-to source for all of the ways to celebrate the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort. 

    There are also so many recreational activities that occur at this resort all year long. Movies Under the Stars, pool parties, and campfire activities take place throughout the week. I recommend planning a few mid-day breaks or even a full day to enjoy all that this beautiful resort has to offer.
