    Excited to see that I can customize our magic bands. If I choose a magic band for all of us and a cpl people decide they would rather have a card, can they have both or switch to a card at our resort. Or is this something we need to know before we order

    Kris, I'm also excited about being able to customize MagicBands. In fact, I'm excited about every aspect of this new technology!

    Currently guests may request a card if they prefer the Key to the World Card to a MagicBand. If you find a bracelet uncomfortable, are hesitant about new technology, don't want a tan line on your wrist, or for any reason at all, you may choose a card. Go ahead and pick a MagicBand for everyone in your party, however, and wait until you are at Walt Disney World before deciding on a card over a band. My bet is once a reluctant grandpa or great aunt feels how lightweight and comfortable the bracelets are and sees how easy park entry, unlocking your room door, and buying souvenir Mickey ears is with this new technology, no one is going to choose searching through her bag or his wallet for a KTWC over the ease of a MagicBand.
