We are excited for our cruise in February on the Disney Magic. We discovered the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game at Disney World last year, and wondered if there is anything similar on the ship? Thanks in advance for your help!

    Welcome aboard, Stephanie!

My kids love playing the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World too! They love the different missions as well as collecting the cards and trading with each other. Disney Cruise Line does not have this game onboard, however the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy both feature the Midship Detective Agency which works similarly. Guests use a magical key card at enchanted artwork throughout the ship, which magically comes to life giving clues to solve one of three exciting mysteries onboard! If you ever sail on the Dream or the Fantasy, check it out!

However, there is some cool interactive technology in the Oceaneer Club on the Magic for your kids to enjoy. The Magic's Oceaneer Club is my son's favorite on all four ships because he loves the Avengers Academy. One of the activities in the Avengers Academy is Become Iron Man where kids get to virtually suit up in Iron Man's armor and see themselves moving on screen. Captain America is known to pop by there too!

Another of my kids' favorite interactive virtual games onboard is the Navigator Simulator in the Oceaneer Lab. Kids can sit down at the helm of the ship to virtually navigate the Disney Magic. That's one of the first things both of my kids run to in the Lab!

So, while you won't experience more Sorcerers fun onboard the ships, you and your kiddos will have so many new and exciting activities, including some amazing virtual interactive activities to enjoy! Have a great cruise!
