Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Mary Ann!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are excited about your next trip to
Disney World! Just think...you will be arriving in just a few short months...WOO HOO! Mickey and Minnie just told me that they can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"
What a great question! After talking to a very helpful Cast Member and doing some super sleuthing of my own, I found out that there is
no direct bus service from the Disney theme parks to Disney Springs at this time. To travel from a theme park to
Disney Springs, you will need to first take Disney transportation to a Disney Resort and then transfer to a bus traveling to Disney Springs. For planning purposes, bus service from the Disney Resorts to Disney Springs begins at 10:00 a.m. and will run one hour after closing. Please note that transportation schedules and services are subject to change, so it's advisable to check schedules when you arrive at your resort.
If you want to save time traveling from a Disney Theme Park to Disney Springs, you can always use a rideshare service. A few months ago, my family used the
Minnie Van service from Hollywood Studios to Disney Springs, and it was so easy and fast!
If you want to save money, here are the quickest ways to travel to a Disney Resort from a theme park to then ride over to Disney Springs:
* From
Magic Kingdom, walk over to the
Contemporary Resort and take the bus.
* From
Hollywood Studios, take the
Skyliner over to
Caribbean Beach Resort and take the bus.
* From
EPCOT, exit the International Gateway in World Showcase and walk to
Beach Club Resort, and take the bus.
* From
Animal Kingdom, take the bus to
Saratoga Springs and get off at Congress Park. From there, just follow the walking path to Disney Springs.
I hope this information helps you in your planning. If you have other questions, please let us know! We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
Wes
