We're excited to check out Yeehaa Bob at during our stay at Port Orleans Riverside this Aug. Are there any other complimentary entertainers, shows or traditions at the other resorts we could considering checking out? Our son will be 2.5 so no all-nighters!

    Julie:

If you're looking for a complimentary "show" that is age-appropriate for your toddler son, look no farther than Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-a-along at Fort Wilderness campground. Disney transportation is simple to get there: take the ferry from Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness. Once you are let off at the marina, you can either walk to the bus stop (about 100 yards to the other side of Pioneer Hall) for the 3-minute ride to the middle of the campground to the show, or simply make the 12-minute walk to the pavilion behind the Meadows Trading Post and beside the campground's pool.

Fire pots are lit about 7:40 p.m. during the summer for you to make s'mores. (Take it easy on yourself and purchase a kit at the campfire canteen.) At 8:00 p.m., you'll get one-on-one time with Chip 'n' Dale as they make their way through the crowd to the sing-a-long songs of the cowboy or cowgirl who is leading. After the 20-minute-or-so show, feel free to stick around for the outdoor movie or enjoy a leisure walk back to the marina and the Magic Kingdom to catch a bus back to your resort.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
