    I am very excited I bought PAP for the first time through DVC, can I buy a TIW card before I exchange the vouchers or only when I get to the parks, also can I access the pass holders website before and where and how can I do that? Thank you read everyday!

    I am so glad that you were able to take advantage of the Premium Annual Pass.  This is an amazing deal!  You have your voucher number and when you arrive at Walt Disney World, you will go to Guest Relations and will get an your pass.  The voucher number is not the same number as the Premium Annual Pass so you will not be able to access the Pass Holder's website since you need to enter the type of pass you have and the number.  Tables in Wonderland is not available over the Holiday so I couldn't contact them for you.  I have always bought the card at the park, and they do need to see your pass.  As an Annual Passholder, you can order it by calling (407) 566-5858 by phone, and they will mail it to you (it can take 3-4 weeks.)  I suspect you will still need your Annual Pass number to do this, but it is worth calling to confirm this.  I know your upcoming year at Walt Disney World will be simply magical, Lesley.  It is always wonderful to help you with your planning.
