    I am so excited! I have booked a surprise sleigh ride for Christmas for my family! My question is this: Do I need to pick up hard tickets somewhere or are they linked to our MagicBands or do we just give our name to check in? Thank you!

    What an awesome surprise that will be! When you check in for your Holiday Sleigh Ride, you will give the Cast Member your name and begin your adventure. I hope this helps.
