Hi there, Anna! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you came to us with your question.
Any conference in Orlando is better than one anywhere else, in my opinion! I always make it a point to clear my schedule for them whenever possible, as it offers a win/win scenario! Usually, conference schedules will leave ample time for outside activities, and what better use of your time than a visit to Walt Disney World?
Since you purchased
Park Tickets that were not part of a vacation package including a
Disney Resort Hotel stay, you will receive
Admission Cards containing your Ticket information, which you can use to gain entry into the Theme Parks. However, you can also use any existing
MagicBands that are linked in your My Disney Experience account to access those tickets, or
purchase a MagicBand if you do not currently have any from prior visits. Once you purchase this band, you can add it to your
My Disney Experience account and then have an even more worry-free way to enter the Parks on your visits.
Anna, I love the way you will soon be mixing “business” with Disney Magic on your upcoming conference trip! I hope you enjoy an amazing visit. Before I sign off, I’d be remiss if I didn’t remind you that
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be inaugurated at
Disney's Hollywood Studios on March 4, 2020, just days before your arrival! I cannot think of any better reason to scoot off to the Parks between conference sessions than that!
Please do not hesitate to return to see us if we can help in any other way, and see ya real soon!
