    Excited to arrive at end of month! On DDP and looking forward to using snack credits. I see that the basic funnel cake at Sleepy Hollow in MK counts as a snack. Would it be possible to pay the difference so I could get toppings on it (ie ice cream)?

    Hi there Celestina, and thanks so much for the yummy question!

    Funnel Cakes are such a delicious treat, and with their sweet and crispy, light and fluffy goodness, it's no surprise that these goodies are among the favorite snacks of many Walt Disney World vacationers.

    The Funnel Cakes at Sleepy Hollow are only available "dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon" or "with strawberries and whip'd cream."  The "cinnamon / sugar" version may be purchased with a snack credit, while the "strawberries and cream" cake is $5.59.

    The best way to add ice cream to your funnel cake would be to purchase the cake with your snack credit, and then order a separate cup of vanilla ice cream with either a) a snack credit or b) out of pocket for $3.19.

    Another great snack credit deal at Sleep Hollow is the the Ice Cream Sandwich!  In my opinion this delicious snack is a great value.  Imagine a dollop of ice cream sandwiched HUGE freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies.  This dessert is so yummy and is big enough to share!  Plus, you get the cookies and the ice cream, all for one snack credit!
