    Can you exchange an item at equal price without tag but with receipt? My husband wanted a goofy hat but he got Pluto by mistake. Do you think they would let us exchange the hats with just the receipt?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family loves shopping for souvenirs and mementos when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. We always buy something special to commemorate each or our vacations and have quite a few Goofy and Pluto hats ourselves!  

    Your husband should not have a problem exchanging the Pluto hat as long as he has his receipt and the item has not been worn/used and is within the return/exchange time period that is listed on the receipt.
