Can we exchange our Disney Pins To the Disney Staff?

    Hey there, Kingsley!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm excited you will be making the journey to California to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!

I'm delighted to tell you that pin trading is very popular at the Disneyland Resort between Guests and Cast Members. Many Cast members will have either a lanyard with pins or a pin board near them. I have even seen pin boards to trade at Disney Vacation Club information kiosks and Guest Services locations in the parks and Disneyland Resort Hotels. Keep your eyes peeled since Cast Members to trade with are EVERYWHERE and in almost every merchandise location. You will also want to stop by Disney Pin Traders in the Downtown Disney District for a large selection of pins to purchase. One of the things I love about pin trading is that you will see pins from Disney Parks all over the world. Even at the Disneyland Resort you can find pins from Epcot or Shanghai Disney Resort, for example.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for you to make magical memories at the Disneyland Resort. Please return if you have any other questions. Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
