Can I exchange a desert for a snack credit with the Disney dining plan?

Greetings James and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Walt Disney World Resort Magic Your Way Vacation Packages plus Dining are convenient and the best way to visit in my opinion. You'll be able to enjoy all the wonderful dining at over 150 Disney Resort establishments.

Current, 2016 Disney Dining Plan descriptions and allotments include:
-(1) one Quick-Service meal per person per night of package stay
-(1) one Snack per person per night of package stay
-(1) one Table-Service meal per person per night of package stay
-(1) one Rapid Refill refillable drink mug per person valid for length of stay

Be sure to check for the Disney Dining Plan logo at all food establishments and kiosks when looking for your snacks, as well, Cast Members are always available, approachable and helpful with the optimal use of Disney Dining Plan meal and snack credits.

Be sure to reserve your Disney Dining Table Service restaurants to avoid disappointment with some of the most popular venues.
Select your FastPass+ experiences and customize your MagicBands through My Disney Experience.

I hope this information is useful to you James, and we would be honored to assist you in the near future with your plans.
