Hello, Bess Ann and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's great to see you here again planning another trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
You are correct that currently, stroller wagons are not permitted inside the theme parks and strollers must adhere to certain
size guidelines. However, Walt Disney World Resort is also committed to helping Mouseketeers of all ages and
all abilities have the vacation of their dreams and while I can't guarantee this, it's
possible that your daughter's stroller would be considered a mobility device. Since this is a very specific situation, I would highly recommend sending an email directly to
Disability Services: disability.services@disneyparks.com and chatting with a Cast Member. In addition,
check out this question and answer by my
fellow panelist, Rayna, that contains more great information.
Bess Ann, as you are thinking ahead, I would also encourage you to take a look at the
Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet to determine how best to approach your favorite attractions around the Walt Disney World Resort. As I continue to think about how to make your trip the most convenient, I will also encourage you to take advantage of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. If you haven't been to the Walt Disney World Resort in recent years, this new service (
available at many Quick-Service locations at all four theme parks) has reduced even more time waiting in a line.
Bess Ann, just as Snow White was sure her Prince would come, I'm equally sure that you will have an unforgettable vacation. Please come back and see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have.
Wishing you a pixie-dusted stay,
Lauren
