What exactly does preferred room mean at the Disney Resorts?

    Hello Adriana!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I you hope you are having a lovely time planning your Walt Disney World Resort  vacation. Planning is definitely half of the fun.

Preferred rooms vary a little from resort to resort, however, generally, preferred rooms offer the best possible location in regards to the resort's amenities. Whether it is proximity to dining or to the pool, these rooms usually offer the least amount of walking or transportation time.

Thanks for visiting us, Adriana. If there is anything else I am able to assist you with while planning your dream trip, please let me know.

    Magical Wishes,

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
