How exactly does photo pass + work when it comes to rides? It is my understanding that you normally give your photo pass card to a photographer who will take your photo but how does that apply to rides? I'm baffled by this photo pass! Please help!

    Hi Katie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

You perfectly described how PhotoPass works in general.  However, on select rides at Walt Disney World, there are hidden camera embedded in the rides that take onboard ride photos.  So, for example, just before you get started on your mission on Space Mountain, but after leaving the launch area, a photo of the entire ride vehicle with you in will be taken.  In the past, you could not get a copy of that photo via PhotoPass; instead you would have to buy it almost immediately at the ride itself.  Now, however, that ride photo will not be available electronically to guests who purchase PhotoPass +.  Other attractions with ride photos include Splash Mountain, Expedition Everest, Rock 'n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Tower of Terror, and Test Track.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions.
