How exactly does the Package Pick-up work? Does it remain open for EMH?

    Hi there, Richyl!

Package Pickup is a very convenient service that is offered at every Walt Disney World Park.

When you buy an item at one of the Park shops, you can ask for it to be sent to Package Pickup. Three hours later, your item will be available at each designated location, and will be held there until the Park closes:

    Magic Kingdom Theme Park
At Magic Kingdom theme park, Package Pick-Up on Main Street, U.S.A., is located at Station Break underneath the Main Street Train Station.

    Epcot Theme Park
Package Pick-Up and Shipping office is at the Entrance Plaza of Epcot theme park.

    Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park
Package Pick-Up is at Oscar's Super Service just inside the Main Entrance to Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Package Pick-Up is at Garden Gate Gifts just inside the main entrance to Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.

    Downtown Disney Area
There is no Package Pick-Up Service in the Downtown Disney Area; however, purchases may be shipped to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or shipped to your home via UPS or FedEx.

Additionally, if you are staying on property, you can have your items sent directly to your Resort front desk.

Package Pickup is not open during evening Extra Magic Hours. As a Guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will have your package sent to your Resort.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
