    Where exactly is Lightning McQueen and Mater in Hollywood Studios? Is there still Minnie's house to go through?

    Hi there Nicole!

    My son loves to go visit with Lightning McQueen and Mater when we are at Hollywood Studios. They both appear during the day inside Luigi's Garage, their special meet and greet area to the left of the Muppet Theater (looking at the front entrance) in Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Minnie's house was part of Toontown at Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately, Toontown closed on February 12th to make way for the Fantasyland Expansion. Don't worry, the new attractions that they are working on are wonderful!

    As always, check the Times Guide when you arrive at the park for character appearance locations, parades, rides, and show times. If you cannot find Lightning and Mater, check at Guest Services and ask a cast member. They will let you know where the characters are located.
