What exactly is club level at a Disney resort? I'm working very hard at my factory job to have a vacation at the Grand Floridian resort with my best friend (We are fifty somethings). I've always dreamed of staying at a 5-star resort !

    Hi Mariette,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. You have chosen a lovely resort for your vacation. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is elegant and is conveniently located close to Magic Kingdom. My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at the club level at this resort once on a trip to celebrate my graduation. It was truly a magical experience.

When you stay at a club level room at Walt Disney World, you experience club level concierge service. On the webpage that I linked, do be sure to scroll down to read about Club Level Concierge and not simply Lobby Concierge. With Club Level Concierge, you will have access to itinerary planners ahead of your trip who can help you with items such as dining and golf reservations. During your trip, you will also have access to a concierge team to assist you during your stay with these types of reservations. You will have access to the Club Level Lounge, which includes complimentary food and beverages at certain times of day, as well as a great place to relax.

Club level for my family is a wonderful treat. We only experience it occasionally, but have found it to be a way to add an extra dose of pixie dust to an already magical vacation.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Mariette. Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
