    When exactly does a Annual Pass activate? I am wanting to purchase tickets to MNSSHP. If I buy my season pass now, and want to use it to purchase the party tickets, will that activate the pass? That would be a full 4 months before my 1st trip is planned.

    Congratulations on your newly-minted Annual Passholder status! I hope you are planning many magical visits to the Walt Disney World Resort with your AP this year. 

    Stacey, your Annual Pass “clock” wont start ticking until you activate your pass on your first visit as a Passholder. So, go ahead and purchase your tickets for the spook-TACULAR Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and start enjoying some of those benefits and discounts that come with your pass. You can start taking advantage of those as soon as your pass is purchased and linked to you My Disney Experience account.
