    My ex husband is a disabled veteran and unable to make the trip. Our son, grandson and myself will travel. He is able to purchase the tickets, but won't be onsite for validation. Will this be ok?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jane! Please tell your husband thank you for his service! And I’m sorry to hear he won’t be able to join you on your vacation, but I’m sure you and your boys will have lots of fun. 

    I’m sad to say that you will have to have your husband present with his valid retired or active status military ID in order to redeem your military discount tickets or Military Resort Hotel room rate. Rules also state that the military ID holder must be one of the ticket users. If you aren’t able to take advantage of these savings without him, you may want to check the special offers page to see what may apply to your upcoming vacation. Offers that may not have been available when you initially booked can always be retroactively applied!

    Be sure to take advantage of everyday savings like Memory Maker (when purchased 3+ days ahead of use date), possible Annual Passholder discounts as well as Tables In Wonderland, if you are table-service lovers.
