Everytime I try to link my tickets I get an error messages. And it won't let me make a reservation without linking my tickets

    Hello Julio, welcome to planDisney!

Oh, bother! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your tickets to My Disney Experience. It seems that Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope have broken something on the internet again. I would be happy to help you troubleshoot the problem, so you can make your park reservations.

I am not sure if you are trying to link your tickets using the My Disney Experience mobile app or not, but I recommend using a computer or laptop when linking your tickets. Begin by logging into My Disney Experience and click the My Plans tab. If you scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section and click on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab, you can confirm if your tickets have been successfully linked and assigned to members of your travel party. If you do not see your linked tickets, scroll up and hover over the Park Tickets button and click on Link Tickets. Enter your email confirmation or Will Call Ticket ID number in the space provided. Click next to assign your tickets to the members of your travel party and then confirm your selections. Your tickets should be linked to your accounts and ready for you to make your Park Pass reservations

If you are still having trouble linking your tickets online, you will need to reach out to the Existing Tickets Team at (407) 934-7639 . These Cast Members will be able to resolve your issues. However, I do recommend calling early in the day, as wait times could be quite long.

    See ya real soon,
