Everything on the website talks about Easter events through March 31, but Easter is in April? Is there anything happening on real Easter?

Hi, Cathie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Easter is one of my favorite holidays! I am so excited that you get to celebrate it at Walt Disney World Resort! I know my girls just LOVE hunting for Easter eggs, and you mentioned that you have already looked on the website, so you are probably aware of the Egg-stravaganza in Epcot, it's super egg-citing! If you are looking for a special meal such as Easter brunch or dinner, there are a few Disney restaurants offering dining events on Easter Sunday! These include:

    -Cape May Cafe
    -Captain's Grille
    -The Wave... of American Flavors
    -Trail's End Restaurant
    -Boma - Flavors of Africa

I just did a quick search for availability and it is quite limited as Advanced Dining Reservations open up 180 days ahead of time. You can always keep checking, though, as sometimes a few spots can open up!

In the past, there has been Easter Sunday Catholic Mass and a Protestant celebration as well at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. However, this has not yet been posted and when I called to inquire, the Cast Member I spoke to said they could not yet confirm this, so it is subject to change.

I hope you have a truly magical vacation and don’t forget to check-out the topiaries during Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival! If you have children, there are also some pretty fantastic pop-up playgrounds where adults can rest their feet and kids can socialize with others!
