Everything ive read about the pirates league thing is that in order to have their faces painted on kids have to be 3yrs or older. I have a 2yr old so would he not get to experience this at all? He loves captain jack, so please help!

    Hi Vanessa!

Never fear landlubber!  While your little pirate cannot participate in the Pirate's League until he is three years old, he can certainly get a chance to see his idol up close and personal!  Several times throughout the day, Captain Jack himself puts on a great show and even picks several young swabs from the audience to participate.  Simply check the Magic Kingdom's Times Guide for the Pirate Tutorial and you select a time that fits into your schedule.

He can also pick up a pirate costume and plenty of gear at the gift shop towards the exit of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.  Best of all, he can even get his face painted at any of the face painting carts sprinkled throughout the parks.  Sadly, the Magic Kingdom's face painting area is temporarily closed, but the other parks offer plenty to choose from.  The pirate choice is VERY popular and you will see quite a few little scallywags running around!

    Much pixie dust,
