Everything is very expensive in DW. We plan to do a character breakfast & are traveling with a 15 year old child that is disabled and practically eats nothing. Is there anyway of getting a childs price for her rather than paying for an adult meal.

Unfortunately, Barbara, pricing for the character meals is based on the chronological age of the child.  The fifteen-year-old you're traveling with will be charged the full adult price for the meal.  I feel your pain, though; I have a special needs child who is very small for her age and doesn't eat anything even close to adult sized portions.  For that reason, I'm a virtual knowledge powerhouse when it comes to the least expensive character meals on property ;)  Here are some breakfasts that might help ease the blow to your vacation budget:

-'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch
-Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare
    -Cape May Cafe
    -Crystal Palace

    I hope that helps!
