Hi, everyone! We are going to WDW Nov. 20-23 and bought tickets for MVMCP for Nov. 20. However, I made diner reservations at 1900 Park Fare for 5:10p.m. for same night. Will we be missing anything at MVMCP, since I just read we can enter the park 4p.m?

It is an unadvertised perk that guests holding "party" tickets can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4 p.m. We've done it for the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party a few times. At the gate, present your party ticket and you'll be let in to enjoy the Magic Kingdom.

However, if you enter at 4 p.m., the party will not be in progress yet. Until 7 p.m., the Magic Kingdom operates on a regular schedule.

We like to have a low key day at our resort and then enter the Magic Kingdom at 4 p.m. If you plan to stay until the end of the party, you are essentially getting a full day of park time with just your party ticket.

You will not miss any of the festivities by dining at the Grand Floridian's 1900 Park Fare at 5:10 p.m. You should be done around 6:15 or so and then you can board the monorail, exiting the first stop which is the Magic Kingdom. Don't forget your Santa Mickey hats!
